All Sales Are Final

All Dazzlco purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference, or other non-defective product-related reasons.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as our fulfillment process may begin immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective product? Follow these simple steps:

1. Record your unboxing
Record a continuous, unedited video from the moment you open the package.

2. Show the package clearly
Make sure the video clearly shows the shipping label, packaging, and product.

3. Report within 24 hours
Contact Dazzlco within 24 hours of delivery and share the required evidence.

4. Verification
Our team will review your claim and supporting evidence.

5. Refund or Replacement
If your claim is approved, Dazzlco may provide a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Refund Processing

For approved refund claims:

  • Prepaid Orders: The approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: The approved refund will be transferred to the bank account details provided by the customer within 7 working days.

Please Note

  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for damage or defect claims.

  • The complete package, shipping label, and product must be clearly visible in the video.

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims submitted without the required evidence or after the specified timeframe may not be eligible.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

We strongly recommend recording your complete unboxing process and inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.
